RULES AND TERMS

When you purchase a ticket to Langeland Dog Festival "For Josie", you acknowledge that you are signing up to the following rules and conditions:

  1. This ticket is NON-refundable. The funds from this ticket will be used to make the event happen.

  2. The ticket is valid for entry for one adult over 18 years of age to the event. It is valid all day and allows you to participate in everything related to the events. You are also allowed to leave and return with the same ticket.

  3. Children and young people up to 18 years of age can enter for free.

  4. The amount of dogs you can have with you is not limited.

  5. You must ensure that your dog is HEALTHY, meaning that it will not be a health risk to others at the event.

  6. You must ensure the safety of your own dog and the surrounding dogs, which means that if your dog requires a muzzle or special handling, you take responsibility for doing so responsibly.

  7. The dog MUST be on a leash at all times in the main areas. There will be areas where the dog can be off-leash. Please adhere to the signs for everyone's safety.

  8. You MUST pick up after your dog and dispose of it accordingly.

  9. You MUST NOT litter! Be especially careful not to throw cigarettes or SNUFF on the ground, as it is deadly dangerous for animals.

  10. Photos and videos will be taken at the event. These photos and videos will be used publicly to promote this and future events. By purchasing this ticket, you are aware that you may be in these photos and videos and give us your consent. HOWEVER - at any time you can either inform the photographer around you that you do not want to be on camera or write an email to event organizer Sandra ( sanmus@me.com ) that material with you, your dog or your children cannot be used. We fully respect your privacy.

  11. The program of the event is subject to change up until the day of the event. We will keep everyone updated on social media and other channels. This is a new event, please be understanding.

  12. By entering the event, you acknowledge that you are participating in a public event with open space with multiple dogs and people, and therefore you take full responsibility for the safety of you, your dog, your children and your belongings. The event organizers will not be held responsible for any unfortunate accidents or injuries, in the event that there should be any, either between dogs or people. However, we will do our part to ensure that the event is organized in a safe and responsible manner, for everyone.
